The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented Business Development & Sales Officer to manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact to contract signing. This is a chance to rapidly grow your career by directly contributing to RedGrape Digital’s revenue through the acquisition of new clients for our digital transformation services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Prospecting: Identify, research, and contact high-potential B2B prospects through cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) and networking.

  • Needs Assessment & Qualification: Conduct in-depth discovery calls to uncover the prospect’s critical business pain points and digital needs, qualifying them for a good fit with RedGrape Digital’s services.

  • Solution Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and product/service demonstrations tailored to the prospect’s specific challenges (e.g., website development, business portals, AI integrations).

  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiation, handle objections, and successfully close new deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Client Handoff: Ensure a smooth transition of the new client and their project requirements to the Service Delivery and Project Management teams.

  • Pipeline Management: Utilize the CRM system daily to accurately track all sales activities, pipeline stages, forecasts, and closed deals.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence.

  • A tenacious and resilient attitude with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.

  • High level of organization and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in using basic business software (e.g., Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).

Preferred (but not required):

  • Basic understanding of key digital transformation concepts (e.g., Customer-Centricity, Data-Driven Decisions, embracing Innovation, etc.).

  • Experience with a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or similar sales tracking tools.

  • Familiarity with the startup environment and a passion for technology.
